A scuttle bucket is a large plastic rectangle container often with grooved sides, and a strong metal handle to carry or move it. Created as a designated accessory to hold paints with the opening size ideal to accommodate most roller sizes. Meant for bulk painting or mixing of paints. The grooved side is there to take excess paint off the roller and thereby reduce both spillage and waste.
